ISO & Quality Management Policy
A Commitment to ‘right first time!
As of the end of December 2018, we have started working toward our
ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 accreditation.
We believe that quality is doing the right work first time. Quality
reduces cost, improves schedule and in doing so, satisfies all parties.
We believe in achieving quality by making solid decisions based on
facts, identifying issues before they occur, promptly fixing problems
should they materialise and inspiring every person on a project to ‘do
it right the first time’.
We aim to continually improve the services we provide to meet our
client’s requirements, and to produce finished work that we can
justifiably be proud of. We aim to achieve the above by
implementing a commitment to meet the requirements of our
clients, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. Also to the
continual development of our staff and procedures it remains
effective. Only by providing an outstanding service and product
quality will we achieve our aims of long term success.
